Project Description:

This project involves the major interior demolition of the two eight story residence halls, Corbin and Olson Halls, and the dining hall connection between the two residence halls. The demolition includes the removal of existing ceilings, flooring, walls and mechanical and electrical systems. All new ceilings, flooring, kitchen equipment and mechanical and electrical systems will be installed. The two tower remodeling will include state of the art conference rooms, a new dining facility and all new kitchen equipment. WBCI will be performing the demolition, carpentry, concrete, equipment installation and the coordination and scheduling of the work of all of the subcontractors associated with the mechanical, electrical and finish trades.
