Phase IIIB 2010 Improvements
Project Description:
The project consists of the construction of a New Screening and Grit Facility, Stormwater Clarifier, and replacement of existing sand filters with New Cloth Media Disk Filters, along with the construction of a Vehicle Storage Building and a New Employee Facility.
WBCI will be self performing the excavation, structural concrete work, installation of the process equipment, and the coordination and scheduling of the mechanical and electrical subcontractors’ work required to maintain the plant operations at all times throughout the project
WBCI also completed the previous improvements for Phases I and II at the Northeast Treatment Plant and the Southwest Treatment Plant in 2003 for contracts in excess of $37,000,000.00.
