Residence Hall No. 2 & Forbes Hall Demolition

Phase E - Residence Hall No. 2 is the next phase of a multi-phase 35 million project to replace the existing housing within Ikenberry Commons. The six- story building with a basement is approximately 180,000 square feet and will house nearly 484 students. Phase G – Demolition of the existing Forbes Hall will follow the completion of the new Residence Hall to provide a site for future development. The project has a goal for LEED’s Gold Certification.
WBCI’s was awarded Contracts for the General Trades work, including site excavation and the soil retention system, Drywall and Finishes totaling $18,000,000.
