Project Description:
This project involves the construction of a four story cast in place structure with architectural precast concrete wall panels, glass and aluminum curtain walls with a “sky bridge” connection to the existing facility. The building will house multiple laboratories, including biological safety cabinets and controlled environmental rooms. WBCI will be self performing the concrete, carpentry, installation of equipment and coordination of all of the subcontractors associated with the mechanical, electrical and finish trades.
