Peoria Riverfront Museum - Phase 2
Project Description:
This project is the second phase of the new Peoria Riverfront Museum Project being constructed on the riverfront along Water Street in downtown Peoria. The 80,000 sq. ft. project consists of a two (2) story museum facility including exhibition spaces, a planetarium and a theater. WBCI is self performing the excavation, concrete forming and placement work with their own forces and coordinating and scheduling the plumbing, mechanical and electrical subcontractors’ work.
The project also will incorporate the 112 car Parking Deck scheduled for completion in September of 2011 that WBCI is constructing under a separate contract. Photo of the Parking Deck and the Museum site taken on January 17, 2011 is shown above.
