Project Description:
This project involves the construction of a 68,000 square foot addition to the existing Middle School consisting of a new kitchen, cafeteria, library, classrooms and mechanical equipment spaces. In addition, approximately 5,100 square feet of alterations will be constructed on the existing structure including selective demolition, new site lighting, landscaping, fencing and a new parking lot. WBCI will be self performing the excavation, concrete, carpentry and installation of the new equipment as well as coordinating the work of the subcontractors for the plumbing, mechanical and electrical work.
